    Serie 220-2.4x2.4m (7'10"x7'10") A lovely little building ideal as a heavy duty shed or as an additional room to your house. Manufactured from 28mm (1.1") single tongue and groove Nordic spruce logs. Fitted with a double half glazed door with a cylinder lock. The door is manufactured from laminated wood to prevent warping. Fitted with pressure treated foundation beams. This building is untreated and weathers to a natural silvery/ grey colour if left untreated. The roof and floor boards are 18mm (0.7") tongue and groove. There is an option of brown roof shingles available. The picture shows the optional side shelter which is useful for storing bikes or lawnmowers from the rain. All fixings and installation instructions are included. Dimensions: Base: 240x240cm (7'10"x7'10") Inside area: 570cm sq. (18'8" sq.) Wall height: 192cm (6'3") Ridge height: 220cm (7'3") Roof area: 900cm sq. (29'6") Roof overhang 40cm sq. (1'4") Door: 149.4 x 178.8cm (4'11x5'10") Please Note: Delivery will take a maximum of eight weeks, however items held in stock have a lead time of 1 week, please enquire for details. Upon delivery two able-bodied people will be required to assist the driver in unloading the building due to the companies insurance polices. The largest pallet is over 6m in length and weighs over two tonne. An addition charge for delivery may be applied if delivered outside England or Wales, or on a weekend or bank holiday.
